1.Reservation Process:

Reservations can be made through our website, via email at bookings@thewildlifesafari.in, or by calling our number at +91(91270 67666). Our experienced travel agents are also available for in-person bookings at our office locations during business hours.

2.Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.

3.Payment Schedule:

Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date for all bookings. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

4.Confirmation:

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your reservation details and a booking reference number. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

5.Cancellation Deadline:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount.

6.Cancellation Fees:

In addition to forfeiting the deposit, cancellations made within 14 days of departure may be subject to additional cancellation fees based on the specific terms of your booking.

7.Refund Process:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

8.Changes to Bookings:

Changes to bookings, including modifications to travel dates, accommodations, or other travel arrangements, may be subject to change fees and availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes to your booking.

9.Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some bookings, such as discounted or promotional fares, may be non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of your booking carefully before confirming your reservation.

10.Force Majeure Events:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government advisories, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. We will make every effort to notify affected clients and assist with alternative arrangements.
